Job description:

The Day Shift Production Associate, at DTXT- LotsofAuctions.com, plays a key role in preparing items for our online auctions. This position involves inspecting, accurately identifying, sorting, barcoding, and listing products in our database.

This job is a great fit for people who have worked on a production line or in quality control. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth online auctions by carefully inspecting and listing products.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM , 4x10, with hour lunch break

Requirements:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks successfully opening boxing, inspecting items, using handheld devices to take photos Excellent data entry skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment. Proficient with computers, navigating the internet, websites and computer programs. Able to meet daily production and quality targets Ability to lift and move hundreds of items daily ranging from 10lb-50lb
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Correctly identify items based on appearance, function and/or online description Properly enter items in an online database Maintain adherence to departmental key performance indicators (KPI) communicated by management on a consistent basis after training is completed.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Standing for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working indoors during summer and winter months when temperatures vary Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed. Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items
Salary: $17 per hour
