Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Program lead to work side by side with management, and oversee our programs focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and related conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, and experience working in day programs and a passion for program development. This role requires exceptional relationship management abilities patience and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist staff schedules, ensuring coverage for shifts. Work directly with clients, providing support and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). Develop and implement client support strategies Ensure compliance with the Quality Verification Review (QVR) system. Assist Management on all duties as needed Availability will be 8:30am-5:00pm (Shifts will vary on clients) Will work 4-5 days a week

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership role, particularly with disabled adults Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners. Strong organizational skills with a focus on administrative tasks and attention to detail. Associates degree preferred(or related work experience) 2 years experience in working with individuals with disabilities Ability to work collaboratively with staff, clients, and families. Compassionate and patient attitude toward clients. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
