Job description: Primary Location... 4901 Hunt Road, Suite 102, Blue Ash, Ohio 45242, United States of America Full job description Anchor Facilities Management, LLC ("AFM"), a division of Anchor Associates, is looking for a full-time Day Porter/Facilities Maintenance Trainee to service AFM's commercial real estate clients located throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. We are looking for a Groundskeeper/Entry-Level Maintenance Technician who will provide high-quality work, great customer service, and share AFM's commitment to exceptionalism. The primary responsibility of the Day Porter is to complete all day-to-day tasks to maintain the cleanliness of the assigned properties and to enhance each property's appeal. The Day Porter is the on-site eyes and ears for our property management team. The main objective is to provide our customers with a clean and safe environment and proactive solutions to current and potential maintenance issues. This position may be fast-paced at times and requires physical work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work courteously with customers and support on-demand maintenance and repair needs
Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple jobs with little to no supervision
Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and clear litter from entrances, walkways and parking areas
Perform visual survey and identify any potential maintenance issues
Performing minor repairs including replacing light bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, and reporting facility issues for prompt repair
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or relevant qualification required
Live within the Greater Cincinnati area
Have a valid driver's license/clean driving record
Complete a background and driving record check
Must be reliable and professional.
Prepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner
