About the Role

Our award-winning Experience Nutridge Luau is looking for a reliable, hands-on

Day Operations

to support our daily property setup, guest experience preparation, and behind-the-scenes operations. This team member plays a key role in making sure the estate, patio, restrooms, and dining areas are clean, organized, and beautifully presented before each evening's luau.

If you like active work, enjoy being outdoors, and take pride in creating exceptional hospitality experiences, this role is a great fit. Once fully trained, you have the opportunity to train as a bartender with correct certifications.

What You'll Do

As the Day Operations Assistant, you'll help prepare the property for each evening's luau by overseeing:

Property Readiness:

Light cleaning, stocking, and general upkeep of the patio, lawn areas, tables, chairs, and pathways so the estate looks beautiful for guests.

Guest Area Setup:

Assist with arranging tables/chairs, placing linens, signage, utensils, and ensuring all seating areas match the day's layout.

Restroom & Facility Prep:

Help maintain restroom trailers, handwashing stations, and Port-a-Potties to ensure they remain stocked and guest-ready.

Catering & Buffet Support:

Assist with the basic setup of buffet lines, chafing dishes, dessert plates, signage, and "seconds" stations.

Team Support:

Work closely with Drivers, Performers, and the broader Operations team to help create a smooth, coordinated event from setup to showtime.

Breakdown Assistance:

Light cleanup during the show intermission and supporting end-of-night organization (table clearing, equipment wipe-down, linens to laundry area, etc.).
This position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational flow -- all essential to the Nutridge guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Can follow checklists and take direction from managers Enjoys a team environment but can work independently Attention to detail -- especially around cleanliness and presentation Able to lift up to 40 lbs (chairs, water jugs, chafers, etc.) Must have or be able to obtain a Grey or Red liquor card A positive, respectful attitude -- especially during guest hours and performances

Pay: $15.40 - $24.20 per hour
