Duties

Assist with a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment. Support construction, landscaping, or maintenance crews by providing reliable on-site assistance. Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards. Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately to supervisors. Adapt quickly to changing work environments and task requirements throughout the day.

Experience

Prior experience in manual labor, construction, landscaping, or similar roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly. Basic understanding of safety practices related to manual labor environments. Reliable attendance record with punctuality and dependability as key qualities. Pay: $16.00 - $24.53 per hour
