provides the Program Management for its Channel of Commercial Technology companies in Government that consist of Small Businesses and New Technology start-ups.

We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.



The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.



We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Database Administrator (DBA) Lead

to join our team!

Database Administrator (DBA) Lead

Position Description (PD):

Provides database design, administration, tuning, backup/recovery, and performance optimization for HRD's relational databases. Ensures data integrity, availability, and compliance with DOI's information security standards. Supports application development teams with database modeling, schema management, and data migration during modernization or customer migration efforts.

Personnel Qualifications (PQ):

Minimum

7 years of hands-on DBA experience

(Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar). Experience implementing

DoD or Federal Information Security controls

for database systems. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with

data replication, disaster recovery, and automated database monitoring tools.

Certifications such

as Oracle DBA, MS SQL Server DBA, or AWS Database Specialty
