We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical

Data Scientist

to join our team. The Data Scientist will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This role involves leveraging statistical models, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to solve business challenges and optimize performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities



Collect, clean, and organize large and complex datasets from various sources. Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze data and build predictive models. Translate data insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams--including engineering, product, and business units--to define data requirements and align insights with organizational goals. Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in data science and artificial intelligence. Ensure accuracy, data quality, and compliance with data governance standards.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a related analytical role. Strong knowledge of statistical techniques, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, or ggplot). Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
