Overview:
Are you passionate about data integrity, security, and process improvement? We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Manager / Data Transfer Specialist to manage and maintain system documentation, and facilitate secure data transfers between classified and unclassified networks. You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery of sensitive program data.

Security Clearance Requirements:
This position requires all candidates to be
U.S. Citizens
and
possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.
Responsibilities: Conduct secure transfers of data between program networks.
Identify, control, account for, and verify program information and devices.
Track and coordinate data items to be controlled for the program.
Manage the process for developing and controlling data item configuration information.
Oversee deliverable data products required by customer contracts and supplier subcontracts.
Establish and maintain program libraries, controlling access to sensitive information.
Maintain program document lists and document trees.
Review data management plans for compliance.
Coordinate program document releases and prepare data for program reviews.
Provide templates for documents and presentations.
Generate data management reports and metrics for program leads.
Recommend and participate in continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:At least 5 years of document control/data management or related experience.
Experience maintaining spreadsheets and/or databases.
Experience controlling hardcopy documents, media, and devices (badges, tokens, etc.).
Experience coordinating document/media/equipment authorizations and releases.
Knowledge of access control and accountability protocols for sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to work an 8:00am-4:00pm shift, Monday-Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience managing security/classification data and documents.
Experience in a SAFe Agile development environment.
