Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Data Management Subject Matter Expert in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. You will be working with a team of Riverside Research, government, military, and contractor personnel to design, implement, and operate data management systems. This work is in support of US Air Force and Intelligence Community programs.
Responsibilities

  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of data pipelines, storage, infrastructure, and data flow, transformation, and scalability to support development and maintenance of data pipelines, data storage, and other infrastructure required for discorvery, storage, and transport of data
  • Support the identification, prioritization, and scheduling of data processing requirements with users
  • Support data solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Support API connection requirements gathering, definition and implementation
  • Document details of the data pipelines, data flows and operational mechanics of the data lifecycle
  • Coordinate with system administrators to configure and troubleshoot data feeds
  • Assess emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability to data
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related computer science area with 8+ years of data engineering experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge regarding data engineering principles, data orchestration tools and DevSecOps for data, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge and capability to manage data ingestion, transformation, and interoperability across cloud-based and on-premises environments
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related computer science area
Global Comp
$125,000- $165,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
