We are looking for a dynamic, energized and, preferably, experienced Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities:

Count and enter all data into tracking sheets for customer drop offs. Process incoming inventory into online system (X3). Follow up on processed orders. Maintain an accurate inventory of items at the 1055 building. Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries. Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, to ensure effective order delivery and for future follow-up. Build a relationship with customers through friendly, engaging communication and excellent customer service. Put away inventory when received. Effectively communicate inventory updates to the Management Team. Assist in the testing lab as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year as a customer service/data entry representative. At least 1 year of warehouse experience. (preferred) Attentive to detail and organized. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners. Must be personable and respectful. Strong work ethic and reliability. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
