Duties

Input and update data into databases with a high level of accuracy. Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry. Collect, organize, and maintain data files while ensuring proper filing procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

Jewelry knowledge is preferred, but can be taught if the participant is willing to learn. Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles with a focus on accuracy. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. Excellent typing skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous administrative experience is a plus.
