\xc2\xb7 Data Entry Representative - Work from Home, Tempe, AZ - Express Scripts

Are you ready to step into a position that combines your data entry and communication skills with your unrelenting drive to help others? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for Data Entry Associate Representatives to join our pharmacy team. If you haven\xe2\x80\x99t worked in Pharmacy Operations before, that\xe2\x80\x99s okay \xe2\x80\x93 we\xe2\x80\x99ll provide you with the training and support necessary to succeed.

What you\'ll need:

\xc2\xb7 0 -1 year of data entry experience or equivalent experience in a related field

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma / GED required

\xc2\xb7 General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email is required

\xc2\xb7 Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Time management and attention to detail is essential

What you\'ll do:

\xc2\xb7 Follow detailed standard operating procedures to correctly match prescriptions with correct patient accounts

\xc2\xb7 Validate the patient\'s shipping address to ensure the order ships to the correct address. If unable to validate, the order must be routed to another area by the associate

\xc2\xb7 Route orders based upon specific guidelines, as outlined in standard operating procedure

\xc2\xb7 Correctly identify key information by visually inspecting all electronic images

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to maintain high attention to detail for extended periods of time; ensuring data accuracy and adherence to protected health information guidelines

\xc2\xb7 Efficient typing and quality data entry skills, in addition to navigation of pharmacy systems

\xc2\xb7 Cross training into other work areas based upon business need

Training: 4 Weeks 6:00am to 2:30pm PST Mon - Fri

Post Training Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm PST Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri

This position will start onsite in our Tempe, AZ offices and then will transition to Work at Home after 90 days

For positions that are Flex/WFH:

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
