About the Role

We are a small but growing fashion accessories company looking for a detail oriented Data Entry Specialist who can work independently and enjoys keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly. You'll also get a fun behind the scenes look at our accessories while helping support daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Able to work independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good vision and ability to notice small color or detail differences in accessories Good memory for product styles and small differences is helpful Proficiency Google Sheets Experience in data entry, invoicing, accounting, or billing Comfortable with ecommerce platforms including Shopify preferred Computer savvy and comfortable in a fast paced environment Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Customer service experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Legal to work in USA and able to travel within USA with REAL ID Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus

Job Details

Process invoices and verify credit card charges QC items before confirming invoices Compare shipping rates and create shipping labels Maintain organized and accurate records Monitor inventory and keep numbers updated Manage ecommerce tasks including order processing and updates Double check all details before invoicing to prevent errors Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Complete daily tasks within project deadlines
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
