Our Data Entry Clerks input repair orders invoices into the computer, answering vendor calls, and issuing purchase orders.




Enter repair order invoices into the breakdown screens and assign purchase orders to them.


Answer vendor calls and close out "open or pending" breakdowns.


Monitor facsimile machines and distribute documents.


Required to preform an average of 120 entries per a day in a period of one work week.

Enter repair order invoices into the breakdown screens and assign purchase orders to them. Answer vendor calls and close out "open or pending" breakdowns. Monitor facsimile machines and distribute documents. Required to preform an average of 120 entries per a day in a period of one work week. Perform other related and clerical duties as assigned by supervisory personnel. Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory
personnel.

Skill in typing and 10-key (min. 7000 kph). Skill in operating a computer terminal. Strong organizational skills. Ability to keep and update accurate information.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


High school graduate or equivalent experience. Mid-range AS400 and P.C. computer experience preferred. One to two years data entry experience preferred. Zero to six months customer service experience preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


Seeing and hearing: Read documents, computer screen answer phones, 75-100 %


communicate in person.


Standing and walking. 0-24 %


Climbing, stooping, squatting and kneeling. 0-24 %


Dexterity: utilizing phone, typing, and writing. 75-100 %


Lift in excess of 10 pounds. 0-24 %
