We are excited to welcome a new team member to our Data Entry Department! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, values accuracy, and can stay focused while completing repetitive tasks.
Under limited supervision, the position involves a variety of data entry and administrative responsibilities, including creating, updating, and maintaining online product listings. The successful candidate will accurately enter and manage data using established systems and platforms such as Google Sheets and Magento.
Team members may also assist with additional tasks as needed to support Country Brook Design's operations.
Education/Experience/Requirements:
Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors.
Maintain focus on accuracy and details while doing repetitive tasks.
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Knowledge of applicable computer system software programs such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Magento eCommerce Platform or similar
Ability and willingness to learn new software programs
Minimum of a HS diploma or equivalent.
High degree of professionalism and respect for confidentiality
Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritizing projects and meeting strict deadlines
Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (May be required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
