We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems and databases to support operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a keen eye for detail. Duties



Enter data into company databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information. Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness. Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, organize data, and develop pivot tables for analysis. Assist with order entry processes by processing transactions accurately within ERP systems. Conduct basic math calculations to verify data accuracy and support reporting functions. Transcribe audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats with precision. Support clerical functions such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents. Collaborate with team members to improve data management workflows and ensure consistency across platforms. Assist in preparing reports by compiling data from multiple sources for review and analysis.

Skills



Proficiency in using databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed. Experience with data entry, transcription, and order processing. Familiarity with office procedures including filing, document management, and administrative tasks. Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. Knowledge of pivot tables and data collection techniques for effective reporting. Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in data handling. Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of organizational data while supporting operational workflows.
