Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Duties

Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely payments. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the general ledger. Support technical accounting tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for management review.

Skills

Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
