Duties
Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with precision.
Perform data entry tasks including typing, transcription, and order entry.
Collect and organize data from various sources for reporting purposes.
Maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including creating pivot tables for analysis.
Assist with clerical duties such as document preparation and office organization.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Support administrative functions as needed to enhance overall office efficiency.
Requirements
Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills.
Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
Solid computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
