We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to perform a variety of data entry, Excel based bookkeeping spreadsheets, credit card reconciliations and administrative tasks.
This is a full time, on-site position in a rapidly growing company environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide data entry assistance to the accounting department
Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Daily enter key data of financial transactions into the database
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Administrative duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
Data entry and moderate Excel spreadsheets skills required
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filling and record keeping tasks
Schedule:
Four 10-hour shifts - start at 6:00am daily
Monday to Thursday
