We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Duties
Enter data into databases and ERP systems with precision and accuracy.
Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Assist with clerical tasks as needed, supporting administrative functions within the office.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve data management practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Experience with databases and ERP systems is preferred.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Basic math skills for data verification and calculations.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
