Job Title: Data Driven Marketing Manager

Overview:
As Data-Driven Marketing Manager, you will focus on activation of our 1st Party Data as well as ensuring its growth through acquisition campaigns in partnership with our brands, as well as internal and external partners, using consumer data and Mar/Ad tech stacks to execute personalization and relevancy at scale. You will draw relentless attention to the interconnecting aspect of consumer data that is necessary to take an "ordinary" campaign to the next level of innovation with a focus on value creation.
This role will need to work closely with the other specializations on the team, as well as be able to partner across functions with key stakeholders in the global market, with a focus on the US, brand teams, content teams, CRM, agencies, and IT to activate and optimize marketing campaigns and consumer journeys to drive further growth and efficiencies.
