Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Advanced SQL experience, capable of writing complex queries for data analysis and profiling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with Python for ML and MLOps for CI/CD orchestration.
• Proficiency in building scalable application architectures using Python, Streamlit, and YAML files.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture or technical lead roles, mentoring engineers, and leading projects.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering and developing LLM-based agents.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge is a must.
• Experience with integrating models into big data platforms.
• Specific focus on chatbot applications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall data management framework.
• Set standards for data architecture and governance.
• Evaluate current databases and architecture to plan improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance across all data systems.
• Lead projects and mentor engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
