At BigBear.ai we're seeking a

highly skilled Visualization Tool Administrator/Integrator

to support, optimize, and secure our enterprise analytics environment. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, infrastructure, and user experience. If you enjoy solving complex integration challenges and ensuring business users have fast, secure access to insights, this is the role for you. Required to have an Active TS/SCI with poly clearance.


What you will do:

As a key member of our analytics platform team, you will:

Administer and maintain

Tableau

and

Power BI

server environments, including installation, patching, and regression testing. Configure secure access to backend systems like

SAP HANA

, including

SSL/TLS

and

PKI-based single sign-on

. Integrate and upgrade visualization tools in sandbox and production environments. Perform

load testing

and

capacity planning

to ensure scalability and performance. Tune Tableau and Power BI servers using industry best practices. Troubleshoot tool-related issues in collaboration with

Salesforce

,

Microsoft

, and internal support teams. Evaluate, test, and deploy

security patches

and updates. Collaborate with platform owners, security teams, and vendor engineers to maintain a secure and optimized analytics ecosystem.

What you need to have:
Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience administering

Tableau

and

Power BI

servers. Strong understanding of

secure connectivity

and

authentication protocols

(SSL/TLS, PKI, SAML). Experience integrating analytics tools with

SAP HANA

and other enterprise data sources. Familiarity with

load testing

,

capacity planning

, and

performance tuning

. Ability to work in sandbox environments to test and validate upgrades and integrations. Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with vendor support teams. Professional certifications in relevant technologies (preferred).

What we'd like you to have:

Broad understanding of

business intelligence platforms

(e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos). Knowledge of

relational database access methods

(JDBC, ODBC, MDX). Experience with

data analysis tools

such as

Jupyter Notebooks

Python

, or

R

. Hands-on experience with

enterprise-scale databases

, especially

SAP HANA

. Familiarity with

Windows

Linux

, and scripting for automation. Experience configuring

Active Directory

SAML

PKI authentication

. Background in administering operational software systems in a production environment.
