The LDM Group is seeking a part-time

Data Analyst (Acquisition experience)

with 3-5 years in data analysis, performance reporting, or program evaluation within federal environments.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Preferred certifications: Power BI Analyst Associate, Microsoft Excel Expert, or DAWIA Fundamentals (if supporting acquisition data).

The proposed

Data Analyst

will provide

analytical

and

technical

expertise in data collection, validation, and reporting. The position ensures data integrity and accuracy in small business participation reports, subcontracting analyses, and acquisition forecasting metrics. The Data Analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, analyze performance trends, and prepare periodic reports that inform leadership decisions.

Skills & Core Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in

Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint

Skilled in

data cleaning, normalization, and visualization

Strong knowledge of

FPDS-NG, SAM.gov, and eSRS

for acquisition-related data validation Experience generating

Small Business performance metrics and reports

Ability to collaborate with program and acquisition teams to ensure data accuracy Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication and reporting skills

Professional Experience:

Supported the analysis and validation of acquisition and subcontracting data to ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements. Developed and maintained performance dashboards and visualization tools to track small business participation across DoW contracts. Conducted data quality assurance reviews and implemented corrective actions to ensure consistency across data systems. Collaborated with government staff to prepare annual and semi-annual Small Business reports and presentation materials for senior leadership. Provided analytical input for market research, forecasting, and policy reviews to improve data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
