Pay Range: $50.00 to $55.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in
SQL and experience in data analysis, dashboard building, and statistical techniques. Experience with
Python scripting, A/B testing, and a background in digital advertising or marketing analytics are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to measure campaign and product performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Provide actionable insights to support advertising and marketing strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4 years of Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, hypothesis testing).

Industry Experience:

• Experience with Python scripting for automation and advanced data analysis.
• Background in advertising technology, marketing analytics, or digital media.
• Familiarity with Hive or Hadoop and metadata management concepts.
