We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize data workflows, and enhance overall data quality. Experience with various analytical tools and programming languages is essential to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key metrics and trends. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes utilizing Talend, Python, Bash (Unix shell), and SQL Server. Design and implement database schemas and optimize database performance within Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms. Collaborate with project teams following Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions. Perform data modeling, database design, and data integration tasks, including linked data strategies for enhanced data connectivity. Utilize R and VBA for statistical analysis, automation, and advanced data manipulation. Support project management activities by documenting workflows using Visio and maintaining clear project documentation. Conduct ongoing analysis using SQL queries and analysis skills to derive meaningful insights from large datasets. Stay current with industry trends in analytics tools such as Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.

Experience

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of data projects. Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Talend or scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell). Demonstrated expertise in visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile project management methodologies. Knowledge of database design principles and linked data strategies. Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or VBA for automation tasks. Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with business analysis frameworks to support strategic initiatives is preferred. Pay: $65,046.13 - $78,335.13 per year
