Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization tools to communicate key findings effectively to stakeholders. Design and implement database structures with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other database management systems to support scalable data storage solutions. Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver timely insights aligned with project milestones while adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) best practices. Conduct comprehensive business analysis by understanding operational needs and translating them into technical specifications for data solutions. Manage projects related to data integration, database design, and linked data initiatives using tools like Talend, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and Visio for process mapping. Support business units by providing analytics expertise on various initiatives including business process improvements and strategic planning. Participate in database optimization efforts through analysis skills and best practices in database tuning and design. Contribute to the development of data governance policies ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong foundation in data analysis skills. Proficiency in SQL for querying databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle; familiarity with database design principles is essential. Hands-on experience with visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for creating insightful dashboards. Strong programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks. Knowledge of ETL processes using Talend or similar tools for data integration projects. Experience working within Agile environments while managing projects effectively through project management methodologies. Familiarity with SDLC processes ensures structured development of data solutions from conception through deployment. Ability to analyze linked data sources for comprehensive insights across multiple datasets. Skills in VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), Visio for process documentation and automation are advantageous. Understanding of business analysis principles to translate operational needs into technical requirements effectively.
