Position Summary...
What you'll do... As a member of the US Domestic Transportation Operational Analytics Team, you will create and maintain complex analytics business intelligence products/pipelines, analyze business data, identify trends, and support process improvements to drive operational efficiency in Walmart's transportation network. About the Team:
You'll join the US Domestic Transportation Operational Analytics Team based in Bentonville, AR, working closely with cross-functional partners to optimize transportation operations using advanced analytics and business intelligence products. What You'll Do:

• Analyze business data and metrics to support the development of business cases and recommendations.
• Identify and validate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics projects.
• Develop and present data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Support data quality management activities, including profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (such as Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong understanding of business operations and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data quality management and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Effective communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of data quality management and data governance practices.

• You have 4+ years of experience in transportation or supply chain analytics.
• You have hands-on experience with advanced statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis.
• You have a track record of supporting process improvements through data-driven recommendations.
