TSC is seeking a Production Data Analyst to support electronics manufacturing efforts in Huntsville, AL location. This role is responsible for collecting, analy zing, and managing key operational data to help optimize performan ce, impr ove quality, and inform decision-making across production teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and an ability to bridge technical data systems with on-the-floor production needs .


Responsibilities to Anticipate:


Collaborate with engineering and production leads to assist in decision-making on tooling, scheduling, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Collect, manage, analyze production and process data to support efficiency, throughput, and quality goals. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for operations, quality, and supply chain stakeholders. Translate production and business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders. Train plant floor personnel, supervisors, and engineers on new reports, dashboards, and tools. Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in data science, business analysis, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field and 3+ years' experience in a data analysis role within a n electronics manufacturing or production environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey data insights to cross-functional teams, and get-it-done attitude to problem solving. US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems, MES, or production tracking tools and an understanding of system-level interaction between MES and ERP/MRP. Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc ). Preferred Qualifications:


Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus. Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and statistical process control (SPC). Experience with Deltek Costpoint (ERP/MRP), Aegis FactoryLogix (MES), and Siemens Teamcenter (PLM). Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI (preferred) and Data Query languages such as SQL, DAX, M, Python or R. Experience integrating production data from shop floor systems, PLCs, or SCADA.
