Responsibilities

Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and technical sales support.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to inform future strategies.
Support inside sales efforts by assisting with inbound inquiries and providing technical product information when needed.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Expertise in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing pipelines and analyzing sales metrics.
