Position Overview:
As a DAS Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and quality of mission-critical Public Safety and Cellular communications. This position oversees the implementation of indoor DAS projects across multiple regions and is responsible for managing timelines, tracking progress, setting priorities, and coordinating resources. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage DAS implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables while setting priorities.
Identify and resolve risks, delays, and resource conflicts.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and field crews to ensure high-quality execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Oversee scheduling, milestone tracking, and project documentation (permits, submittals, close-out).
Allocate resources and assign tasks across departments.
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates and reports.
Support field teams with material coordination and documentation flow.
Promote effective teamwork and clear communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
General technical knowledge of communication systems and products (BDA, Public Safety DAS, Commercial Carrier DAS preferred).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to generate accurate reports.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
