Job Description

On Point National Dance Competition is hosting exciting competitions in 17 locations next year and you could have a front row seat!! We are currently seeking judges to join our 2026 tours and are inviting dance professionals to apply for consideration. Dance knowledge should include ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, etc. Candidates whose dance background includes teaching and the ability to assess dancers at different skill levels are preferred as technical feedback in your critiques is very valuable to our dancers!

Dancers actively auditioning should not apply as candidates that commit to a weekend are expected to fulfill their obligation. If On Point purchases travel or lodging for a judge, and they fail to fulfill their obligation, they are responsible for reimbursing On Point National Dance Competition for these expenses.

Qualified candidates will be available for the following date range:

March 6-8

In addition to a daily rate, compensation will include fuel reimbursement and/or airfare depending on distance from each venue, double occupancy hotel accommodations, and event meals. Interested individuals should submit a resume, headshot and a biography in paragraph form that speaks to your dance background.
