We are seeking a dynamic and experienced D2D Setter Manager to lead our door-to-door sales team. This role involves supervising a team responsible for engaging potential customers directly in their communities, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in marketing, customer service, or sales. Bilingual skills are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse communities. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategies for canvassing and telemarketing efforts, and ensure your team meets performance goals.
Duties
Supervise and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives to achieve sales targets and outreach objectives
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to maximize community engagement
Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
Monitor team performance through regular evaluations and provide coaching to improve results
Oversee scheduling, territory assignments, and daily reporting for the sales team
Engage in direct sales activities when necessary, including telemarketing, fundraising campaigns, and community events
Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns
Requirements
Proven supervising experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in door-to-door or canvassing environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate a team and engage customers effectively
Experience in telemarketing, fundraising, or direct sales is highly desirable
Bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse populations is preferred
Ability to develop strategic outreach plans and adapt tactics based on community feedback
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and territories simultaneously
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for community outreach activities
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments
