JOB OVERVIEW

HeartCore is a boutique fitness studio opening March 2026 in the Friendswood/League City area. We are building our founding team of Cycle Instructors to lead high-energy, rhythm-based classes across our four signature HeartCore Ride formats.

As a HeartCore Cycle Instructor, you will deliver intentional, beat-driven coaching, curate powerful playlists, and create an elevated, community-focused studio experience that aligns with HeartCore's brand standards. This role includes a required training weekend in February 2026, followed by mock classes and evaluations to ensure consistency and excellence in all four HeartCore Ride formats.

We are looking for instructors who are passionate about rhythm riding, committed to growth, and ready to help build the culture inside our studio from day one.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Instruction & Class Experience

Teach 2-6 rhythm-based indoor cycling classes per week. Lead purposeful, beat-driven rides using HeartCore's four format structures taught during training. Build playlists aligned with HeartCore's musicality standards and format expectations. Deliver clear, motivating cueing with strong stage presence.
Studio Operations

Arrive 15-20 minutes before class and remain afterward to support class transitions. Assist with bike setup, room preparation, lighting, and audio checks. Maintain a clean, organized, brand-aligned studio environment.
Community & Brand Standards

Build meaningful relationships with riders and contribute to a welcoming, supportive culture. Uphold HeartCore's brand voice, values, and professionalism inside and outside the studio. Participate in team meetings, continued training, and studio events. Support studio visibility and engagement as appropriate.
Training Requirements

Attend HeartCore's Cycle Instructor Training Weekend (February 2026). Learn and demonstrate all four HeartCore Ride format structures. Complete required mock classes, practice rides, and evaluations. Meet HeartCore's standards in rhythm, cueing, programming, and safety before being placed on the schedule.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong passion for rhythm riding and music-driven fitness experiences. Ability to ride to the beat with musicality and precision. Confident, energetic presence with strong communication skills. Coachability and openness to structured feedback. Reliability, punctuality, and disciplined practice habits. Alignment with HeartCore's brand identity, energy, and culture.
Preferred Experience

Background in group fitness, dance, cheer, or performance. Familiarity with rhythm-based cycling studios. Experience creating playlists and understanding music flow. Comfort participating in brand content and community engagement.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
