Hunter offers $24.25 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay. Hunter offers a set schedule of Monday-Friday (7am-3:30pm) with some mandatory Saturdays.
As a
Cycle Counter
, you will be responsible for performing all functions necessary to maintain an accurate physical inventory, by cycle counting purchased parts and finished goods. This position requires a strong reliance on count accuracy. When directed, they will investigate and resolve count discrepancies. This role will aid with shipping and receiving audits as needed.
What You'll Do:
Wear all safety equipment, follow safety rules and support and promote safety in the work areas
Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled
Conducts cycle counts and inventory audits
Assist operations manager in the attainment of accurate inventory records
Ensure products are in proper locations, conduct searches to locate missing inventories
Perform daily inventory cycle counts, audits by item and locations
Provide floor support to supervisor and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
Maximize use of available storage by consolidating inventory into single locations
Execute assignments accurately and timely in a safe manner
Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma required
Current forklift license highly preferred
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Must have basic level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word and Excel applications
