Cyber Security Compliance Manager - Orlando, FL (In-Office)
Salary: $130K-$160k + 25% bonus + benefits, stock options

A rapidly growing technology organization is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Compliance Manager to lead enterprise-wide governance and regulatory initiatives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact compliance programs in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
In this in-office role, you'll drive strategic compliance objectives across multiple frameworks, ensuring alignment between regulatory expectations and internal operations. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of IT controls, a proactive mindset, and thrives at the intersection of structure and innovation.
What You'll Do:

• Design and implement scalable compliance strategies that align with organizational goals
• Lead external audit efforts (SOC 2, FedRAMP, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001), from documentation to remediation
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across infrastructure, systems, and workflows
• Maintain and evolve internal compliance policies in partnership with leadership and technical teams
• Oversee third-party/vendor compliance reviews and manage ongoing risk
• Support customer and sales team requests related to compliance documentation and due diligence
• Deliver training programs and maintain compliance metrics for executive reporting
• Track emerging regulations and recommend procedural updates to minimize risk

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, corporate compliance, or risk management
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, NIST 800-171)
• Familiarity with cloud, endpoint, and network environments from a compliance perspective
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment

Preferred Extras:

• Industry certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.)
• Experience working with FedRAMP Moderate/High Baselines
• Exposure to compliance programs in SaaS, tech, or cloud-based environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
