What Will I Be Doing as a Customer Support Trainee?



Support customer onboarding and account activation at scheduled outreach events, ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience. Address service-related questions and resolve client concerns promptly using structured workflows and mobile tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer needs, including plan selection, device support, and activation status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activations, and outreach outcomes using CRM platforms. Contribute to daily team briefings and strategy sessions focused on improving customer retention, satisfaction, and outreach performance.

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Customer Support Trainee?



High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or wireless technology is a plus. Experience in wireless outreach, mobile enrollment, or event-based service preferred; campaign support or structured fieldwork also considered. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain service features, pricing, and benefits clearly in public settings. Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent in processing enrollments, maintaining records, and supporting event logistics. Motivated to expand wireless access through structured outreach and community-based service delivery.
