Customer Support Specialist - Full Time (Miami, FL)



WoodyWalls, a fast-growing building materials and interior design company, is looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team!

If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in the world of interior design and e-commerce, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:



Provide friendly and professional customer support by phone and email. Help customers with product information, orders, returns, and tracking updates. Maintain accurate customer records and assist with marketing activities. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

Qualifications:



1-2 years of customer support or customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and spoken English; Russian is a strong advantage. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
