Raise the Bottom is a busy outpatient substance abuse treatment facility with 3 locations in Pocatello, Boise and Nampa! We are searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and work from the Nampa Office! The ideal candidates are honest, non-judgmental and have a passion for helping those who suffer from addiction. The Customer Support Specialists primary roles are checking patients in (front desk), completing new patient intakes and faxing / receiving medical records.
RTB specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment and thus, we utilize Methadone, Suboxone and other medications in conjunction with counseling. We are not an abstinence only substance abuse treatment facility.
Clinic Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 6am - 12pm
- Saturday - 7am - 11am (currently closed)
- Sunday: CLOSED
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 5:45 - 1:45
Hours may vary depending on the day.
This is a full time position, and requires an early morning, 5:45 am start, Monday - Friday.
