We at Coforge have an urgent need for a Retention Specialist for a long term assignment in Augusta, GA.

This is an ONSITE role. Pay rate here is $17/hr on W2 + benefits . The shift will be between 8am to 8pm EST Monday to Friday

Job description:

Promoting and/saving products and services Providing excellent customer experience via phone Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers. Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments. Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs. Active listening skills Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
