Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Enter customer orders Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good phone etiquette, multi-line phone MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required Previous customer service experience is a plus
