Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service representative -office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Duties:

- Answer phone calls and Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Perform data entry tasks using computerized systems
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:


Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

ABILITY TO TALK & TYPE IS A MUST



Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
