Job Description

SFR Industries (Cadott, WI) - A Plastic Extrusion Company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for customers, interpreting and implementing customer instructions for the company to produce custom manufactured products Prepare and send quotes to customers Enter orders, manage or escalate any concerns and ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' concerns Support sales efforts Coordinate with production team to meet customer's needs

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Above average computer skills (Excel & Word) Basic understanding of business math principles for job estimating Strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with being self-motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Reliable attendance High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a manufacturing facility Experience in cold calls and established account sales Knowledge of manufacturing steps and processes Experience detailing custom jobs requiring multiple unique parts and pieces
This is a full-time position (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
