Customer Support & Order Coordinator

Pay:

$24-$29 per hour (approximately $45,000-$54,000 annually based on a 36-hour workweek)

Job Summary:

National Fleet Products is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support & Order Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is a primary point of contact for customers and dealers and is responsible for handling inbound calls, order entry, and shipping coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, values accuracy, and can manage responsibilities without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers or route calls as needed Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate shipments and track outgoing orders Communicate order status and shipping updates to customers Support dealers with basic product and order-related questions Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, order processing, or office support preferred Strong phone and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable using computers and order management systems

No accounts payable or receivable No billing or financial responsibility No commission-based sales expectations

Work Schedule & Expectations:

This role works four days per week, Monday through Thursday, typically 8:00am-5:00pm with a paid one-hour lunch (36 hours total). Reliability and consistency are important, though occasional schedule flexibility can be discussed when needed.
