Job Description

R.A.S. Logistics is a leader in the logistics industry with locations across the Midwest and East coast providing final mile delivery services. We continue to grow our business thanks to the high level of customer service and dedication of our staff. If you are seeking a new opportunity, we are currently recruiting a Customer Support Agent.

Customer Support Agent responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Communicating with customers

Providing solutions to customer needs

Monitor deliveries resolving any issues

Completing and processing reports



Customer Support Agent requirements include the following.



Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows based applications

Previous customer service experience preferred



Customer Support Agent benefits include the following.
