St. Laurent Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused

Client Service Representative

to assist our Office Manager with daily administrative and client communication tasks. We are dedicated to enhancing condo living one property at a time. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service through our landscaping and snow plowing expertise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly Log and manage client communications and service requests Create and update service tickets for client requests, issues, or follow-ups Support scheduling and coordination with field crews as directed Allocate invoices, client, & subcontractor payments Maintain accurate records in company systems and CRM software

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text) Excellent organization and attention to detail Comfortable with computers, email, and basic software systems Customer service or office experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Willingness and ability to help with field operations in a limited capacity preferred

Schedule:

Part-Time, flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. Available timeframe; 7:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, limited to 20 hours per week.

Hourly Pay: $18-$24 per hou

r, paid weekly, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive training provided.
