Client Relationship & Account Management
Serve as the primary relationship service representative for client accounts
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, goals, and success criteria
Proactively manage client communications before, during, and after implementation
Drive client retention by ensuring consistent value delivery and satisfaction
Customer Experience & Support
Act as a trusted service representative, to clients, and best practices
Resolve client issues efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Provide client feedback internally to improve products, processes, and services
Project & Process Management
Manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously while meeting timelines and expectations
Coordinate client-related projects, implementations, and renewals
Maintain accurate documentation and account notes within CRM systems (Redtail)
Growth & Revenue Support
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanded engagement (non-commission-based)
Support Sales and Marketing teams with client insights and success stories
Assist in renewal discussions and contract reviews as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years
of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or related roles
Strong
communication skills
(verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Proven
customer service mindset
with a focus on relationship building
Experience in
account management
and client retention strategies
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with
CRM systems
(Redtail preferred)
Experience in
financial services, or subscription-based models
preferred
Working knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in
financial services, fintech, insurance, or advisory environments
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field (preferred)
FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 66) insurance licenses (Life, Health). Prefered.
