- Tracking shipments
- Providing professional communication by relating to customer needs, requests and problems
- Use CS tools to locate patterns in customer issues and pain points. Build out business rules and shortcuts to help agents respond to problems in a consistent way.
- Utilize Kustomer University (our CS platform) as well as reaching out to Kustomer\'s support team to become more fluent in the different use cases of Kustomer\'s different programs.
- Help to moderate the inflow of comments and questions from social media within Meta Business Suite and Bazaar Voice.
- Write articles for new Knowledge Base, and identify ways to improve existing articles.
- Strong computer literacy with chat and email
- At least one-year experience as a customer service representative preferred
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Writing and responding via social media profiles
- Committed to exceptional customer satisfaction
- Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
- Must have strong sense of attention to detail, reliability, consistency and dedication
