Do you have experience in a

sales or customer intensive industry in a supervisory role

Providing excellent service is key when overseeing the customer experience at our medical cannabis dispensary. If you're skilled in

team leadership, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth operation of a retail environment

Responsibilities:



Customer Service:

Act as the welcoming face of Cure Oahu, ensuring the best-in-class experience for all customers.

Leadership:

Oversee all aspects of customer experience, leading and inspiring a

high-performing team

.

Sales & Inventory Management:

Assist with

inventory control, accurate cash handling, and sales tracking

.

Record-Keeping:

Maintain

accurate records

of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and management to create a

positive and efficient

work environment.

Opening & Closing Responsibilities:

Manage the

opening and closing procedures

of the dispensary.

Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to

all local and state cannabis regulations

.

Technology & Services:

Stay informed about

emerging retail technology and services

to enhance customer experience.

Experience:



2+ years of experience

in a

customer/retail-focused industry

.

1+ years of experience

in a

supervisory or managerial role

.

Proficient computer skills

, including experience with POS systems.

Strong skills in cash management and inventory control

.

Requirements:



Must be

at least 21

and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry. Must pass a

state-mandated Department of Health background check

.

High school diploma or equivalent

required. Must be able to work

a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
