Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Act as the welcoming face of Cure Oahu, ensuring the best-in-class experience for all customers.
Leadership:
Oversee all aspects of customer experience, leading and inspiring a
high-performing team
.
Sales & Inventory Management:
Assist with
inventory control, accurate cash handling, and sales tracking
.
Record-Keeping:
Maintain
accurate records
of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and management to create a
positive and efficient
work environment.
Opening & Closing Responsibilities:
Manage the
opening and closing procedures
of the dispensary.
Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to
all local and state cannabis regulations
.
Technology & Services:
Stay informed about
emerging retail technology and services
to enhance customer experience.
Experience:
2+ years of experience
in a
customer/retail-focused industry
.
1+ years of experience
in a
supervisory or managerial role
.
Proficient computer skills
, including experience with POS systems.
Strong skills in cash management and inventory control
.
Requirements:
Must be
at least 21
and meet all state and local regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry.
Must pass a
state-mandated Department of Health background check
.
High school diploma or equivalent
required.
Must be able to work
a rotating schedule of four 10-hour shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends
.
