Work Schedule & Expectations
This is a full-time, high-commitment career -- not a Monday-Friday job.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, with flexibility for appointments, personal needs, paid holidays, and vacation time.

About the Role
As a
Customer Solutions Manager
, you will lead by example, support clients directly, manage teams, implement structure, and drive top-tier performance. You will guide clients through our programs -- from credit improvement to mortgage readiness to new home construction -- while contributing to Easy Solutions' continued growth.

What You'll Do
Lead and support team members in daily operations and client interactions
Assist clients with financial best practices using Easy Solutions' tools and systems
Manage client pipelines and ensure top-tier results and satisfaction
Oversee sales of Easy Solutions programs: credit assistance, financial services, mortgages, and new home sales
Make 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily
Confirm appointments, follow up consistently, and maintain communication standards
Process payments, track late/due accounts, and ensure compliance
Perform detailed data entry from credit reports into software
Meet and exceed monthly performance and sales goals
Build rapport and long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory guidelines
Continuously expand knowledge of our evolving programs and services
Work closely with the founding team and upper management to implement improvements

Qualifications:
10+ years of customer service experience
10+ years of sales experience
Proven leadership, professionalism, and reliability
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone presence and written communication
Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Computer literacy and comfort with software systems
Ethical, team-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to helping others
High school diploma required (higher education preferred)
